Coppock Curve StrategyThis strategy makes use of a not widely known technical indicator called "Coppock Curve".
The indicator is derived by taking a weighted moving average of the rate-of-change (ROC) of a market index such as the S&P 500 or a trading equivalent such as the S&P 500 SPDR ETF. For more info: (www.investopedia.com)
This strategy uses $SPY Coppock curve as a proxy to generate buy signals on other ETF's and stocks.
Buy signals are generated when the Coppock Curve crosses above zero, and sell signals are generated when it crosses below.
An optional, trailing stop loss is available, with default settings to 100% so that it does not currently affect the buy and sell signals solely generated by the Coppock Curve. But you may find adding a Trailing stop loss may improve results on certain ETF's/Stocks.
You may also change the symbol for which signals are generated for, default is $SPY.
The published example shows using this strategy on a leverage ETF $TQQQ w/ starting capital of 10k, w/ 10k per trade. Try it on other stocks such as $AAPL, $AMZN $NFLX ect... I have found it to be an effective strategy that has a favorable risk to reward profile.
Any questions, please let me know!

Moving Average Slope Angle Formula:
Reproduced and modified from source:
Tilson T3 and MavilimW Triple Combined StrategyInspired by truly greatful Kivanç Ozbilgic (www.tradingview.com).
The strategy tries to combined three different moving average strategies into one.
Strategies covered are:
1. Tillson T3 Moving Average Strategy
Developed by Tim Tillson, the T3 Moving Average is considered superior to traditional moving averages as it is smoother, more responsive and thus performs better in ranging market conditions as well. However, it bears the disadvantage of overshooting the price as it attempts to realign itself to current market conditions.
It incorporates a smoothing technique which allows it to plot curves more gradual than ordinary moving averages and with a smaller lag. Its smoothness is derived from the fact that it is a weighted sum of a single EMA, double EMA, triple EMA and so on. When a trend is formed, the price action will stay above or below the trend during most of its progression and will hardly be touched by any swings. Thus, a confirmed penetration of the T3 MA and the lack of a following reversal often indicates the end of a trend. Here is what the calculation looks like:
T3 = c1*e6 + c2*e5 + c3*e4 + c4*e3, where:
– e1 = EMA (Close, Period)
– e2 = EMA (e1, Period)
– e3 = EMA (e2, Period)
– e4 = EMA (e3, Period)
– e5 = EMA (e4, Period)
– e6 = EMA (e5, Period)
– a is the volume factor, default value is 0.7 but 0.618 can also be used
– c1 = – a^3
– c2 = 3*a^2 + 3*a^3
– c3 = – 6*a^2 – 3*a – 3*a^3
– c4 = 1 + 3*a + a^3 + 3*a^2
T3 MovingThe T3 Moving Average generally produces entry signals similar to other moving averages and thus is traded largely in the same manner.
Strategy for Tillson T3 is if the close crossovers T3 line and for at least five bars the close was under the T3
2. Tillson T3 Fibonacci Cross
Kivanc Ozbilgic added a second T3 line with a volume factor of 0.618 (Fibonacci Ratio) and length of 3 (fibonacci number) which can be added by selecting the T3 Fibonacci Strategy input box.
Strategy for Tillson T3 Fibo is when the Fibo Line crossover the T3 it gives long signal vice versa.
3. MavilimW
MavilimW is originally a support and resistance indicator based on fibonacci injected weighted moving averages.
Strategy for MavilimW is is if the close crossovers T3 line and for at least five bars the close was under the T3

SSL Backtester With ATR SL TP and Money ManagementSimilar to other SSL Channel scripts, but this one allows you to set an ATR-derived stop loss and adds the option to risk a % of the equity or used a fixed lot.
Enters upon a long or short SSL crossover.
FIXED LOTS
For 0.01 "lots" use 1000
For 1 standard lot, use 100,000
FOR MONEY MANAGEMENT
For 1% risk, enter 0.01
For 10% risk, enter 0.1
etc
You should be able to adapt this to any other indicator by just changing the entry conditions and adding your own indicator values.
It is not meant to be a profitable script, just a template to begin adding money management ideas to existing scripts which currently just enter and exit on an event.
EMA crossover - BTC/USD 4hrThis is my first strategy script, and looking at other EMA crossover strategies, there wasn't anything that I have seen which allowed different EMAs to be used for each Enter/Exit signal
This uses a long term trend ling (one for Longs, one for shorts) to decide if we are in a bull bear market
• If in a bull market, then it will allow for the longs to be opened
• If in a bear market, then it will allow for the shorts to be opened
Comments and criticisms welcome
Koala System EURUSD 15minToday I bring you one of the best systems I have found for 15min chart for EURUSD, can be adapted to other pairs aswell I suppose.
Its made of 4 SMA 3 6 9 50 and EMA 200.
It only makes 1 trade per day, in this case we have a risk % of our total eqquity, being the min 0.1 lots , can be changed tho .
We target TP/SL the same 1:1 rr, in this case I use 30 pips for both., that means I risk maximum 30$ out of a total of 1000 equity , per each trade , with 3%
Entry is simple : price is below all movings averages for sell or above for buy. At the same time we check that the ma's are in ascending or descending order.
The key here is patience, never make more than one trade per day.
System always close the trade at the end of london session. Also it only works, during the london session.
Enjoy it.
EURUSD 5min london session strategyHey, today I bring you another strategy that I pull up together.
Its a KISS system ( keep it stupid simple )
We have 2 ma of 5 lenght each, one applied to the high and the other to low. With this we create a channel.
If the candle close above or below the channel we got a signal. Then we can optionally verify with the RSI to increase our chances.
At the same time, this system, only trades during the london session ( can be changed), and it has 2 rules, preferably no more than 5 trades / day, and no more than 2% risk of equity lost .
We also have a TP/SL system made of pips.
Enjoy it.
Simple and efficient 1h strategyThis strategy is made from a crossover of 2 ema : 4 and 8 in this case, together with a RSI of lenght 10 applied to hl2
The strategy is simple : we enter when we have a cross between the 2 ma's and rsi at the same time is in ascending or descending position crossing the middle line of 50.
For exit we have : at the end of a session( we trade only between london and newyork in this case, so we exit newyork), or through a tp/sl pip point system.
Hope you enjoy it.
365 Day High Breakout StrategySCRIPT NOTES
- Strategy consists of 3 parameters :-
1. BUY on 365 day breakout (250 days taken in back-testing instead of 365 days considering weekends and other holidays in a year)
2. Moving averages (Noise Filtering condition )
3. RELATIVE STRENTH indicator (Original Author - tradingview.com ) (Noise Filtering condition )
- Strategy works better on low volatile stocks.
- This strategy is for self improvement and concept sharing purpose only.
- Trading (including profit/loss) using this strategy is completely user's responsibility.
Daytrade strategy RSI CCI EMA 4/8This strategy is designed for daytrade charts.
Its made from
EMA 4 / EMA 8 to check for crosses
RSI levels for overbough/oversold
CCI levels
For entry, we check first if the ema 4 crossed ema 8
Secondly we confirm by checking the level of RSI level
Finally we confirm with CCI level
If all of them are on the same page we enter.
For exit we have a fixed pip points system for TP/SL
Full strategy AllinOne with risk management MACD RSI PSAR ATR MAHey, I am glad to present you one of the strategies where I put a lot of time in it.
This strategy can be adapted to all type of timecharts like scalping, daytrading or swing.
The context is the next one :
First we have the ATR to calculate our TP/SL points. At the same time we have another rule once we enter(we enter based on % risk from total equity, in this example 1%, at the same time, lowest ammount for this example is 0.1 lots, but can be modified to 0.01), so we can exit both by tp/sl points, or by losing 1% of our equity or winning 1% of our total equity. It's dinamic.
The strategy is made from
Trend direction :
PSAR
First confirmation point :
Crossover between 10EMA and Bollinger bands middle point
Second confirmation
MACD histogram
Third confirmation
RSI overbought/oversold levels
For entries : we check trend with psar, then once ema cross bb middle point, we confirm together with rsi level for overbought/oversold and macd histogram ( > 0 or <0).
We exit, when we have opposite sign, like from buy to sell or sell to buy, or when we reach tp/sl points, or when we reach % basaed equity points.
It can be changed to be fixed lots, or fixed tp/sl , you just have to uncomment the size from entries, and tp/sl lines.
At the same time, it has the possibility if one desires, to trade only concrete forex session like european, asian and so on for intraday trading.
Hope you enjoy it.
Let me know how it goes.
Bollinger Bands Breakout StrategyBollinger Bands Breakout Strategy is the strategy version of Bollinger Bands Filter study version, which can be found under my scripts page. The strategy goes long when price closes above the upper band and goes short signal when price closes below the lower band.
Bollinger Bands is a classic indicator that uses a simple moving average of 20 periods, along with plots of upper and lower bands that are 2 standard deviations away from the basis line. These bands help visualize price volatility and trend based on where the price is, in relation to the bands.
The strategy doesn't take into account any other parameters such as Volume / RSI / Fundamentals etc, so user must use discretion based on confirmations from another indicator or based on fundamentals. The strategy results are based on purely long and short trades and doesn't take into account any user defined targets or stop losses.
The strategy works great when the price closes above/below upper/lower bands with continuation on next bar. It is definitely useful to have this strategy or the Bollinger Bands filter along with other indicators to get early glimpse of breach/fail of bands on candle close during BB squeeze or based on volatility .
This can be used on Heikin Ashi candles for spotting trends, but HA candles are not recommended for trade entries as they don't reflect true price of the asset.
The strategy settings default is 55 SMA and 1 standard deviation for Bollinger Bands filter, but these can be changed from settings.
It is definitely worth reading the 22 rules of Bollinger Bands written by John Bollinger if interested in trading Bollinger Bands successfully.
HMA & D1 crossoverCan work on Forex if change equity currency and SL and TP etc
This example tuned for ETH/BTC
Enters on HMA (Hull Moving Average) and D1 (Daily Candle) crossovers, Exits basket when profit = TP (Target Profit)
Has Commission and slippage added, test equity at 1 BTC lotsize set too 1% of equity for each order
Moving Average Displaced Envelope Backtest Moving Average Displaced Envelope. These envelopes are calculated
by multiplying percentage factors with their displaced expotential
moving average (EMA) core.
How To Trade Using:
Adjust the envelopes percentage factors to control the quantity and
quality of the signals. If a previous high goes above the envelope
a sell signal is generated. Conversely, if the previous low goes below
the envelope a buy signal is given.

Trend trader StrategyFirst I would like to thank to @JustUncleL since this strategy started from one of his scalper strategies
This strategy can be adapted to all time charts .
First it has the session where we want to trade, for this example I choosed the EURUSD so I only take in consideration london/neywork session.
Its made from 3 EMA :
normal
slow
ultra slow
It has has the capacity to use HA candles into consideration if its needed.
At the same time we have a price channel made from faster MAs, that act like a bollinger band .
Together with all of them, we establish which trend we have if its uptrend or downtrend
Then we check the candles if they are below or above the MA , and based on the condition if they crossed recently we can suggest if its a buy or a long condition
At the same time we have 2 options of stop conditions:
Through a trailing stop made from ATR or % based
And second, a SL/TP made from pip points or % based.
For this example I used % based.
Let me know what you think about it, and if you found some nice settings for it. So far I only adapted to EURUSD 1 min time.
Hull Moving Average based strategyThis is a simple Hull Moving Average based strategy using a short term HMA for signal generation and a long term HMA for filtering purposes.
A long entry is generated if the short term HMA changes direction from decreasing to increasing values and if the long term HMA indicates an uptrend (i.e. previous value < current value)
A short entry is generated if the short term HMA changes direction from increasing to decreasing values and if the long term HMA indicates a downtrend (i.e. previous value > current value)
Positions are closed using an ATR based stop loss/take profit system. Stop Loss (red) and Take Profit (blue) levels are plotted on the chart.
Setup Trend Following Bollinger Bands - ValenteBuy when the candle closes above upper BB
Sell when the candle closes bellow lower BB
Stop always on base line
MM testerYou can test a two ema / sma strategy changing type of MM and length on settings.
If you get a profitable combination you can share it in the comments :)
simple but effectiveA new strategy to 'play' with witch uses three moving average lines with user defined length.
default settings are
Enter long when ma(3) (source = high) crosses ma(9) (source = open)
Enter short when ma(3) (source = low) crosses ma(9) (source = open)
Enjoy:)
hullma percentage linesWhat you see is a hullMA (user defined length) with 4 percentage bands attached to it.
The bands percentage and hullMA length can be adjusted to see how the trading strategy performs.
I implemented only long trades with a crossover from one of the lower bands, when it crosses over a high band
it exits the trade.
Improvement coulde be:
-more percentage bands
-short trades
-trades between bands
Enjoy:)
ADX_TSI_Bol Band Trend ChaserThe idea of this script is to be a low risk strategy on trending stocks (or any other trending market), aiming to achieve minimal draw down (e.g. at time of writing AAPL only had ~1.36% draw down, FB ~1.93% draw down and the SPY was 0.80% draw down and all remained profitable).
Testing proved it shouldn't be used in choppy stocks and best period was on daily charts. The back test filter goes back until 2010 so you can obtain 10 years of data.
The strategy utilizes the 200 Moving Average, a Custom Bollinger Band, a TSI with 52 period weighted moving average and ADX strength.
Although back test dates are set to 2010 - 2020, all other filters (moving average, ADX, TSI , Bollinger Band) are not locked so they can be user amended if desired. However the current settings have been tested with manual trading for quite some time to get this combination correct.
Buy signal is given when trading above the 200 moving average + 5 candles have closed above the upper custom Bollinger + the TSI is positive + ADX is above 20.
As back testing proved that this traded better only in tends then some Sell/Short conditions have been removed from the script and this only takes Long orders.
Only requires 2 additional lines of code to add shorting order and then remove the "buy" condition and this could be used for a downward trending stock instead.
Close for either long or short trades is signaled once the TSI crosses in the opposite direction indicating change in trend strength.
Further optimization could be achieved by adding a stop loss, which I may do in the future.
NOTE: This only shows the lower indicators however for visualization you can use my script "CUSTOM BOLLINGER WITH SMA", which is the upper indicators in this strategy.
This is my first attempt at coding a strategy so I'm happy to receive any feedback or hints on how this could be written better from any experienced coders!
NASDAQ:AAPL AMEX:SPY
Buy The Dips - MA200 OptimisedThe strategy combines a contrarian approach (buying the dips) with a trend-following logic (only when the price is above the MA200)
The strategy seeks to find the best times when buying the dips on the asset should result to be more profitable.
The price above a long-term moving average indicates momentum that increases the possibility of profiting from buying the asset on short-term weakness.
