XLMUSD: Sideways at Worst; Upward at Best to Feb. 15th to 18th

Hi Everyone! If I had to give a price point. I would say, "$0.74 MINIMUM." However, there is a chance it could go up near $1.00 inside my 3.618 FIB Extension Range. Hopefully, this does not do a time correction by simply going sideways for the most part during this entire period of upward pressure and suffering a pullback beginning some time between February 15th and 18th. I'm leaning more towards us going up rather than going sideways till February 15th to 18th.
