Xem lost a lot in BTC like many other crypto currencies when SEC created a lawsuit against Ripple dispite a fact that Xem is actually different from Xrp. Also after that Nem team announced that there are still some technical problems which don't allow them to make an airdrop on 14 of January. They created a vote with 2 options - move snapshot date or leave it as is but with moved airdrop. As a result it added even more pressure to Xem price. Finally option A won (move snapshot date to the same date when airdrop is done). For my personal opinion it's better for a price.
I see double bottom from one side and from other side I see a break out from the resistance line and testing it. Also macd shows that a trend should be changed soon. I see only one way for xem now - up.
An exact date of airdrop shoult be announced soon, probably next week. I think it will also increase a price of Xem.
