Don't worry, everything will be back to the normal flatline you were used to, first thing Monday morning. When you trade a market with no organized derivatives' instruments to hedge your positions (some call it "investing" I suppose), those holding big "chunks" of the currency will behave like this. Gotta love Bitcoin and the Wild Wild West :)
