The US Dollar (USD) retains a bullish momentum, driven by speculation surrounding President-elect Donald Trump’s proposed expansionary economic policies, which are expected to ignite inflation and potentially limit the Federal Reserve's ability to implement significant interest rate cuts. This favorable outlook is supporting higher US Treasury bond yields, which in turn bolster the USD and place a ceiling on the price of the non-yielding precious metal.
