Is $QNT going to start a bullish rally soon?

If we look at the structure and waves, we can see the price is about to complete A-B-C correction where currently C wave is making an ending diagonal - which in classic pattern is falling wedge, a price reversal pattern.

Are we going to see bullish rally on QNT once price breaks out from the wedge?
