OCEAN wanted $2 in the last run but it failed hard from the resistance with market crashing hard! However, OCEAN right now is looking very bullish on htfs and it is very possible that it goes to $2 this time :-).
If you are a fan of this project buying here would be great but keep in mind we have a very very strong S/R to flip once we flip it you'll see OCEAN flying and going to $2 in mid-term and possible $5 in the longterm.
