A 'snake bit' company turning itself around... maybe

As of the price spike yesterday, NVCN is raising $72M @2.00 us w/.5 warrant @2.30.

If my charting makes sense at all, it looks like it will start moving in a bullish direction after a long decline.

...But it's my first chart and I don't have the chops yet to say decisively.

any thoughts are welcome.
