NIFTY has closed on a an absolute flat note today. In the weekend it was explained that index will give a pullback/bounce from 0.618 and 50 EMA in daily TF which is placed near 19550-600 zone. It exactly reversed from 19600 and made a high of 19734. It has formed a doji candle in daily TF exactly at 0.618. Now tomorrow's closing will be important to watch, high and low will be trigger for a direction either side. 19920 and 19420 are important resistance and support respectively for tomorrow's session.
Coming to Tuesday's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 15 Min candle closes above 19735 then we will long for the target of 19840 and 19920.
For selling we need a 15 Min candle close below 19600. T- 19510 and 19420.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range (5MIN). Trade on this range breakout.
