Cup and handle? Neo is a tough one right now....Im Bullish!

A lot of Bearish reports of Neo and talk of a correction but with March money coming into Altcoins and a potential cup and handle, I see a potential move upwards! In a world where BTC doesn't seem to follow any rules or plans I believe NEO may have a similar story!
