Nebl spikes like crazy making it the swing/daytrade dream. TA wise it looks solid with great support at certain levels. Trade only with a small port if at all, it's risky. I'm going to check out NEBL and if it is solid i'll go in on this trade.

If you feel brave, daytrade the smalll 1h spikes. Great opportunity that may leave you with bags tho.
