Guys, as we can see on the graph, there is an ascending triangle with divergences on CCI and RSI. It has to close above the triangle to enter the position which also confirms that if it closes above triangle it will close above the fib 0.382 level that I have drawn.
I believe that there will be no interest rate hike before the election, therefore I guess the September meeting will be negative on rate hike decision.
