€6.1 bn surplus for EU28"
Despite of having a good trade balance Eur fell against dollar.
But now we can avail this opportunity .
Wait for the currency to move in the area and let it first break from upside.
We will go long after its breaking the level.
But if it breaks the downtrend-line then it will be confirmed that the price has to be in pre-dominant trend
