The 4 hr and 1 hr DXY is in synC. SNIPERS use the DXY as our gauge on the US Base Pais we trade.
If it's in sync on the 1hr and 4hr the bias should be just the oppositie on US Base Pairs and foreign currency paired with the DXY.
