DXY helps lead Market direction as it gives reference to flows/rotation of liquidity, at this red highlighted level we see fairly consistent and unique action as it acts as an SR flip region. currently BTC has a relatively bullish set up however, there is cause for LTF caution given DXY PA at this current region. To ensure a 5th wave for BTC and anthor impulse upwards it must shop for liquidity at lower levels. that being said a possible outcome for DXY LTF could be PA of this nature (yellow line) which could spark a BTC run.
