The DJI on 1/25/19 was just below .618 retrace of the October to December decline.
Just above .618 is the 200 day SMA and just above that is a declining trend line.
The 200 day SMA is the most important because of its wide usage in the trading community. A move above the 200 day SMA could
trigger a flood of new long orders. A break above all three barriers increases the probabilities the DJI could make a new all-time high.
