I am being realistic and know how SPAC Merger waiting periods effect stock movement.
The Arrival / CIIC Merger is projected to close between Mid to Late Q1 (Q1 2021: Jan 1st -Mar 31st)... So there will be a waiting period.
Arrival is by far one of the best EV Companies to start an investment in due to their business strategy (Micro-factories) and sectors they are focusing (Delivery Vans & Metropolitan Bus).
Also it helps that it continues to receive extensive publicity from YouTube and CNBC (Jim Cramer)... But don't get emotional and fall for FOMO.
