BTCUSDT price bounded with support and resistance of range zone

As we said before this range zone here stop the price for a while and we are waiting for a breakout first then:
breakout to the upside and targets like:
A. 23K$
B. 26K$
or breakout to the downside and more fall and targets like:
A. 16700$
B. 15200$

after a huge amount of dump in previous months we can expect the breakout to the upside with a higher possibility.
