BTC Short and Long idea ..

A quick capitulation wick to 13700$ range..and a quick recovery and a massive pump to 28000$

Why 13700?
weekly 400 MA
Falling wedge support

The max best we can get is weekly 400 MA higher close which is around 14700 and doing the same scenario.

I am expecting btc capitulation this week or the next.
Which means before the monthly close.
And 28k will come so fast in December....xmas rally
