Double Top, Drop on the 20th,

Its a slaughter house we are going down, Would I be right in saying the 2nd top will peak below the first top for more momentum?

This is my second attempt, with less then a week of self taught lessons watch and listening. But looks like the slaughter house, so I don't mind if you laugh, I am publishing for my own laughter in 6months looking back at my efforts and improvement
