Just making this brief:
Observations:
Dropping towards 1 hrly 50 EMA; Support.
Trend in line with #BTC pullback;
Trend still bullish and this is considered consolidation;
4 Hrly Chart: (daily is similar)
RSI, 69 indicating on the upside strength and at the level with previous movements towards the upside;
ADX and DI indicating strength (green line) is towards the upside;
Stoch RSI having crossing over meaning trend reversal, that to the upside;
Conclusion:
Bull flag forming, target 400.
Too early to say, but it could be a symmetrical triangle, or the middle of a down ward wedge.
