I like the story of AJRD, but the earnings surprise and technicals are winning out. 42% is a pretty hefty earnings surprise in the positive, and the Price-to-Earnings growth is higher than most in the industry. Volume picked up, and I expect to see a few more with the short sellers getting squeezed out to cut their losses, too.
MACD crossed from positive to negative with a strong uptick on the daily histogram for a fast moving trend beginning to form. ADX has shown a clear downtrend since late February and early March, but that flipped quickly for a quick double bottom reversal back into the uptrend. RSI shows the same with some clear room to run and the holders sentiment is rising chasing the weak hands away looking to break even and cut their short losses and go home, too.
