TradingView implementation of Murrey Math Lines

Added a Resolution input so you can now plot the Murrey lines from a higher timeframe. So, for example, you could plot the Weekly Murrey lines in a Daily chart. You should always select a resolution that is >= the chart resolution.Catatan Rilis
