Es muy sencillo. En el mismo cuadro de "Descripción" donde pegaste el texto, tienes que poner **primero todo el bloque en inglés** y **justo debajo** el bloque en español.

TradingView solo lee las primeras líneas para comprobar el idioma. Si ve inglés al principio, te dejará pasar.
