The Mango Ribbon

The Mango Ribbon is a convenience indicator which encompasses a combination of moving averages combining those of exponential and Ichimoku averages. I will be updating this indicator with more features as time passes.

- Added ability to "Show/Hide EMAs"
- You can now simply uncheck "Show EMAs" and "Show MAs" to display a clean icihimoku cloud setup

The following updates have been made to the Mango Ribbon:
1) A new option to toggel the the Death/Golden Cross ON and OFF - This will deactivate all other moving averages and ichimoku componenets from you chart besides the 55 EMA & 200 EMA
2) Users will not have an extra EMA available to them. Hnece the ribbon now composes of 4 EMA's, 2MA's & the Ichimoku Cloud
3) An Updateto Pinescript V5
