Diupdate High Low of Close Price
Calculates highs and lows of the close line.
A quick high/low is determined with 0 candles on the right hand side, so it updates quickly.
A "true" high/low is determined by having 2 candles on either side (5 total), and then seeing if the center is a high or low.
