To come up with optimal settings use the strategy.A good starting point is 5m charts use 10,6,6,10 (Multiplier 1, Period 1, Multiplier 2, Period 2) or 4h Chart 3,10,6,10 (Multiplier 1, Period 1, Multiplier 2, Period 2)
