Percentile Momentum
This indicator combines momentum and percentile-based logic to identify potential reversal points and market trends. The momentum is calculated using the Rate of Change (ROC), while the 75th and 25th percentiles of a sliding window are used as thresholds for potential buy and sell signals.
Green signal: When momentum is positive and the price crosses above the 75th percentile, this indicates a potential buying opportunity.
Red signal: When momentum is negative and the price falls below the 25th percentile, this signals a potential selling opportunity.
Bar Colors: The bar color alternates between green and red depending on whether a buy or sell signal is present.
Additionally, the 75th and 25th percentiles, as well as the average of these two values are plotted for better overview.
