The Dow Jones Index Opens 1.02% Higher

In New York, the Dow Jones Index is gaining 430 points or 1.02 percent on Monday.

Leading the gains are IBM (2.43%), Goldman Sachs (2.23%) and Cisco Systems (2.06%).
