StandardCoin AS - Changes in Management in connection with dissolution

(Oslo, Norway, 24 September 2025)

The Board of Directors of StandardCoin AS has resolved to terminate theemployment of the Chief Executive Officer, Eldar Paulsrud, with effect from01.10.2025. The decision follows the resolution to dissolve and liquidate thecompany. Mr. Paulsrud will be released from his work obligations after thecompany has been finally dissolved and deleted from Norwegian Register ofBusiness Enterprises.

The Board wishes to thank Eldar Paulsrud for his contribution as CEO.
