went to the likely path. now looking for capitulation volume and a "V" bottom rally. otherwise this is getting faded for a month or twoCatatan
took likely path and now trying to consolidate a bottom structure. not holding my breathe. ECC delayed the Network Upgrade 3 more months (10 total, over 5 delays)
