If if breaks out of the outmost ring then it can go up alot. It's testing that resistance as we speak.

It's not clear but there is "potential". Therefore this idea isn't marked with "long" because you shouldn't take it that seriously for real - unless you got some other analysis that fits with this perspective offcourse.
