Expecting a rise to 0.55-0.60
Weekly time-frame observations
From the week of the 21 December 2021, supply's volume as been gradually decreasing through the weeks till now. We can observe that in the begining of this year (2021), some pretty important, yet not easy to notice, signs of demand strengh has been appearing.
•From the week of ( 04/01/21 till the week of 25/01/21 ) ; Price made a HH on heavy demand upside the 0.24 area. Even tho price showed a kinda fairly significant rejection downward at the meeting of the 0.37 area on the week of the 04/01/21, the two next following { 11/01/21 &18/01/21 } weekly's candles that closed, did it showing an important absorption of supply at the retest of the 0.24 area.
• Then on the week of the 25/01/21, price was pushed all the way up to the 0.50 area on a bullish engulfing candle on heavy demand volume that closed at the 0.50 level,which we have see price keep on failing to break upside it ever since
and before.
• On the week first week of Febreruary, price closed on some let's say, weird absorption of supply at the 0.37 area. The important to know from this is that it did close upside the area.
• Then on the week after { 08/02/21), price was projected upward to the 0.60 area on a significant demand volume presence and finishing the week closing at the 0.50 area on a bullish engulfing candle.
• On the week of the {15/02/2021}: price retraced down and showed a major agressive rejection of the 0.37 area with some absorption of supply.
• The week after { 22/02/2021} ; Price made another attempt to go downward and closed with a agressive wick rejection upward of the 0.37 area to end up finishing the week closing at the 0.43 area.
• Then the two week following {01/03/21&08/03/21} , price closed upside the 0.43 area, which is again a sign that big interest don't hold intentions to bring it downward for now.
** If price breaks & hold upside the 0.50 area on SOS = next target ; 0.55-0.60 area ***
If it breaks downside the 0.37 area on SOW ; signs of weakness of demand, and strength from supply, gonna look to sell and for 0.25 as next target, if supply hold. **
