listened to cypto cred today said to make it simple support/rest

see what happens ill just keep posting this until i get better! so far it has not gone well but i am keen to failure and will learn from my mistakes!

the more times a structure tries to break resistance the weaker it becomes. it just keeps trying to break 1540 and getting rejected. lets see what happens next time,
