23/11/2019 Wtioil Rate -Everyone did the the Chart Analysis 3 weeks ago when - everyone decided on 58.40 as maximum high - At Resistance Level and Pivot Point and Reversal Trend Bar.
Why a change in mind now - don`t be deceived by small swings to compensate further Price Outcome`s - as well lengths against Time Cycles take to materialise towards Forecasted Outcomes.
This is where some traders make the mistake and get into wrong.
By going against long term prior decisions making.
