Bearish divergence

Short on close below 20sma for confirmation. TP on touch of 200ema. Also forms break down below ascending trendline.

Could go lower as part of head and shoulders pattern should neckline be taken out. This is not shown hear but clearly see on larger timeframes (H4 and Daily).
