Inverse relationship of USDJPY and XAUUSD
As I am more bullish on Gold than USDJPY, I think this is how it would play out in the near future. Let's see.
USDJPY has to break out of the flag pattern, hit above the important resistance else it would continue its downward spiral move.
Gold has been surging for almost non-stop over the last 10 days or so. It is time to take a breather and likely to continue its move upwards.

USDJPY nicely goes above the 21EMA, nice. Let's see if it plays out what I chart here or will it pierce through the upper channel line. What do you think?Catatan
