USDJPY | Converging in right triangle

USDJPY has been in converging in triangle after giving a breakout from falling trendline. The main question here is either bulls are tired or bears are stopping bulls, as the price remain in constant stagnant situation.
Two possibilies are here;
a) A breakout above if only it manages to break 115.700 area.
b) A breakout below if only it manages to break 115.400 area.
