USDCAD long term bullish, short term bearish
The bear case played out for the canadian dollar this week. The price looks due to for short term downward retrace but we should not be surprised to see strong conviction to the upside fueled by some macro events.
BEAR CASE
Price may find itself retracing down for the short term next week before shooting up. There are many points of liquidation which when triggered can bring the price up massively.
BULL CASE
Considering the amount of trigger points shown above, the bulls may find conviction to bring price to that levels without the need for a short term retrace.
We will not short this pair. Looking for long setups.
