Ascending wedge

I have spotted an ascending wedge on (USD\CAD H1) this pair is also in a downtrend on the (H4) time frame we are also at a major area of resistance, now there will be a (US) news release for unemployment in a few minutes @ (9:30) we could see a potential break through resistance/support and push further to the upside.
