VIX March 27th
There have been too many noises in the market recently, and most people have neglected that in a real economic downturn, the volatility will not drop after a spike. During the October-November 2008 financial crisis, VIX went back and forth four times between 70-50. What's more, it is currently at a high point of several generations.
