This is my kind of setup.
STORM has gotten beaten down hard the last 2 years. All time high for this coin was 935 sats its 2nd week on binance. Then it declined 99%.
We have bullish divergence on RSI, and it looks like it's attempting to start a new uptrend. The first pump or two will probably be short lived, but it can jump 50-100% here in no time at all. Safest entry would be to wait for the uptrend to establish itself and long on a pullback to uptrend support.
Full disclosure, I'm long STORM from 12 sats and probably won't set a stop loss until the uptrend establishes.
