These pumps and dumps are happening for a reason.
Pumps are happening before market opens, so retail (mom and pop 20-30 years old investors) think that market is going up today.
On market openings where volumes are high, huge investors/hedge funds dump huge positions on those retail cuties’s heads.
Now retail go on and buy the dip.
Also, they dump at higher levels again.

They know taper is coming soon, and markets will crash. So they are leaving :)
