SOUL is Near It's ATH right now But There are Some Reasons That We Think It Is Not The End Of The Bullish Movement. SOUL is In an Ascending Triangle. The Break out has Not Happened Yet. But Due To Expect Movement Being Huge (AB=CD) It will Take a lot Of Time To Achieve The Expected Target.
