This is PRS's first official guidance on the small caps index, the Russell 2000.

From a technical standpoint. I feel very very strong about the RTY short, almost equally strong for SPY short. Why so? Fed doesn't want ES to go down that much. They pull all sorts of strings over night.Catatan

This morning re-wired PIVO found action in RTY suspicious. So at counter trend 1483, it alerted that a push for 1403 is on the way. At same time, hourly chart still say small caps need to visit 1325 at a min before it can be taken seriously.Catatan
So it hit 1405 and now back to 1385. PIVO says unless MASSIVE buying shows up, RTY will get absolutely crushed the rest of they day.Catatan
And that would only take regular volatility not MASSIVE selling.Catatan

As predicted. It hit 1415. This is where I want to see if PRICE OR VOLUME wins. PURE PRICE IS CALLING 1325 BEFORE JULY 1ST. VOLUME DISAGREE IF 3 HOUR BARS OR LESS. ON 8 HR NOT FAVORED TO BREAK 1360.
That said if you took the entry 1438 Tuesday morning, you're still up 30 pts.

10:10 am .. moved down again... let's see if we can tag 1330 on Monday. My call for 1275 was a bit early. Didn't take into account the bollinger would squeeze. Hence limits the price action.Catatan
Think about how cool PRS. Calls for 1415, yet still insist on 1360 at a minimum w/ volume discount. Still demanding 1325-1330.Catatan
