a double top ? ( M formation)

Hello traders, I've been watching this double top pattern closely, it seems that oil is going down, let's see if it breaks down the support trendline.

first, we need to see if it breaks down the previous support of 39.85 level, after it may go down to the support trendline, after the test we'll decide if we go short or long.Catatan
Some news out there about OPEC reducing their production cuts with 2 million Bpd, this could support our idea tho.
