NFLX is Doomed I Tell Ya!
Just unbelievable! NFLX has canceled the Series for Iron Fist and Luke Cage. It’s over. The End is here. NFLX is now doomed to become another foot note in the history of the Internet…
No seriously, they did just manage to float by another $2 Billion dollars worth of bonds at a low rate, so they will surely stick around for a while longer. But as for being a Bubble Stock, they are going to be subjected to the same fate all Bubble stocks in the past have endured. Not a bad idea to look at the charts of other past Bubble Stocks. The Past is Prologue and History Rhymes.
So, this current market Bear Cycle should cause NFLX to target the bottom of the last major fourth wave as shown on the chart. My recommendation, if you own NFLX, is to get out before the other Momentum Investors and Trend Followers, who will all try to jam out through that little exit door below $275.
