We can see Magic (MAGICUSDT) moving within a channel and the lower boundary of this channel being tested. We know that prices tend to move to the other extreme once a boundary is challenged as either support or resistance.

➢ If support is tested, prices move to challenge resistance next.
➢ If resistance is challenged, prices move to test support next.
