Head and shoulders pattern - Can M go to $30?
The idea is that Macy's Head and shoulders formation indicates that the stock will eventually go up. My target price is $30 by Summer
Some could consider the pattern to look more like a Cup and handle if we exclude the one on the left. Either way, the conclusion would be the same.
