LINKBTC - Up or Down?

I think we will see some of downward movement but what will occur after that?
We will analyze the steps..

Price got closer to lower line as we expected and now that line is broken.
Since in last 24h BTC was in sideways mode.. altcoins have chance to rise.
so we haven't entered to short position.
